Peccato Nobile is a gourmand-leaning woody amber fragrance from Carolina Herrera's Herrera Confidential Collection, released in 2026. Created by Ane Ayo, it was introduced as the collection's first gourmand and draws inspiration from a pistachio and chocolate dessert associated with Carolina Herrera's dinners in New York's Little Italy. The composition opens with orange, pink pepper, and cinnamon, develops into a heart of pistachio and cocoa absolute, and dries down to vanilla, Oud Assafi, and patchouli, combining sweet, nutty facets with warm woody depth.
